  • Plan for execution: what needs to get done, in what order and by whom?

  • Work on an ongoing basis to track, measure and reevaluate the IOI of each initiative

  • Discuss, evaluate and plan for immediate to mid-term decisions

  • Ensure timelines and milestones of the plan are being supported by the appropriate resources

  • Offer unique and diverse perspectives through which to approach certain key tactical questions across various domains

  • Extend subject-matter and functional-specific resources
