Joshua Kamali

Co-Founder, Executive Chairman, & President

Joshua is currently an MBA candidate at The Wharton School. Prior to business school, Joshua was a vice president at Cerberus Capital Management, an operationally focused private equity firm specializing in complex and industry-agnostic transactions. Prior to Cerberus, Joshua held similar roles at The Blackstone Group and Goldman Sachs & Co. Joshua graduated from New York University where he studied mathematics.

Justin Federbush

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Justin is currently an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School. Prior to business school, Justin was an associate at Welsh, Carson, Anderson and Stowe (“WCAS”), a growth-oriented private equity firm. Prior to WCAS, Justin was an analyst at The Blackstone Group. Justin graduated with high distinction from University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.

Douglas Wallach

Chief Administrative Officer

Douglas is currently a vice president in The Blackstone Group's private equity practice. Prior to Blackstone, Doug was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP after receiving his J.D. at Fordham University School of Law. Before Law school, Douglas served as the Director of Special Projects at New York City's Department of Education. Douglas received his undergraduate degree from New York University where he studied politics.

Thomas Allison

Chief Engagement Officer

Thomas is currently a vice president in Cerberus Capital Management’s Operating Initiatives Group, providing operational insight during diligences, then planning and executing strategic improvements at portfolio companies. Prior to Cerberus, Thomas worked in investment banking at Greenhill & Co. Thomas graduated from the University of Texas where he studied finance and political science.

Lorenzio Enriquez

Chief Operating Officer

Lorenzio is currently an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School.  Prior to graduate school, Lorenzio was an associate at Cerberus Capital Management, an operationally focused private equity firm.  Prior to Cerberus, Lorenzio was an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley.  Lorenzio graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he studied Economics & Accounting.

Samara Gordon

VP of Business Development

Samara is currently an investor at Hyperplane Venture Capital, a Boston-based seed stage firm investing in frontier technology and machine intelligence companies. Prior to Hyperplane, Samara worked as a strategy consultant at Emerton. Previously, Samara founded a predictive analytics startup which was acquired in 2016. Samara graduated from the University of Pennsylvania where she studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics.

Joseph Safdeye

VP of Finance

Joseph is currently a Principal at Delos Capital Management, a NY-based private equity firm that partners with strong management teams and strategic owners to invest in lower middle market companies. Prior to Delos, Joseph was an investment banking analyst at Stifel. Joseph graduated from New York University where he studied finance and management.

Brian Silberman

VP of Partnerships

Brian is a currently a Director of Multi-Location Sales at Yelp, managing teams across 5 US cities. Previously, Brian founded a 501(c)3 nonprofit, Out of the Rough, that sought to introduce at-risk youth to the healthy, outdoor world of golf. Brian graduated cum laude from Tulane University in New Orleans, with a double major in Political Science and History, and a minor in Business.
